The data in this study were Kung Fu Panda 3 subtitles and focused on Po’s utterances. Po was the main character in this movie. THere are 151 Po’s utterances taken as the data. The subtitles of Po’s utterances are analyzed with the translation technique theory by Molina & Albir (2002). Then, the translation quality assessment instrument provided by Nababan et all (2012) and focused on the accuracy. The result of this study shows, tHere are 11 techniques applied in Kung Fu Panda 3 Subtitles on Po’s utterances. They were established equivalent 327 times (52,88%), literal 50 times (12,58%), variation 73 times (12,25%), pure borrowing 45 times (7,55%), reduction 20 times (4,87%), addition 25 times (4,19%), modulation 16 times (2,68%), explicitation 15 times (2,52%), naturalized borrowing 9 times (1,68%), discursive creation and transposition twice (0,33%). From 151 data, tHere are 117 data (89,60%) were accurately translated and 34 data (10,40%) were less accurate. By using the model of measuring the translation quality proposed by Nababan et all (2012), the total score of accurate translation was 27,78 %. The translation utterances were accurate because the whole of the source language text was fully conveyed into the target language without any distortion. The translation utterances were less accurate because the message of the source language into target language was not delivered well. A translator should well understand about source language, target language and material translated. Key words: Translation, Translation Techniques, Utterance, Po.
