Abstract
Education optimization is needed in MTsN 14 Jombang to achieve goals and objectives. This research aims to: (1) To analyze the effect of madrasah head leadership management on student learning motivation of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 14 Jombang (2) To analyze the effect of teacher performance on student learning motivation of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 14 Jombang (3) To analyze the learning motivation of grade 8 students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 14 Jombang (4) To analyze the effect of madrasah head leadership style and teacher performance on student learning motivation at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 14 Jombang. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The number of respondents was 30 people using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, regression assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which were processed using the SPSS 22 program: (1) Madrasah head leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (2) Teacher performance variable has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 14 Jombang (3) Madrasah head leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 14 Jombang (4) Madrasah head leadership style variable and teacher performance have a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 14 Jombang.
