This research entitled ―An Analysis of Language Style Used by Queen Elizabeth in The King's Speech Movie”. It aims at describing and explaining the language style used by Queen Elizabeth in The King's Speech movie based on the Language Style theory proposed by Martin Joos (1967). The purpose of this study is to find out what language style used by Queen Elizabeth in The King's Speech movie, and also to explain the language style used by Queen Elizabeth in The King's Speech movie. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method (Bogdan, and Taylor 1972) which describes the data descriptively. The data of this research is Queen Elizabeth's utterances which contains language style in The King's Speech movie. This study found 4 out of 5 language styles used by Queen Elizabeth in her speech. They are: 1) formal style has 24,62% data. 2) Consultative style has 35,38% data. 3) casual style has 16,92% data. 4) intimate style has 23,08% data. It can be concluded that Queen Elizabeth uses more intimate style in this study than other styles because Queen Elizabeth interacts or talks more with people who are very close to her, namely her family members.
