This research was about the domestication and foreignization strategy that focus on cultural terms in Indonesian dubbing of frozen movie. There were three problems discussed in this study, first was to identify the cultural terms applied in this movie, the second was to describe what are the translation technique used in this movie, the last was to explain the accuracy and the acceptability of cultural terms in this movie. The method applied in this study was descriptive qualitative method, to explain and to be effective in exploring the realist reasons of understanding the data. The data were the Indonesian dubbing of frozen movie and the movie script in the form of utterance. The finding of this study was out of 94 data of cultural terms, there were 73 of domestication and 21 of foreignization. In terms of cultural terms, there were five categories applied in this movie. They were ecology 12 times, material culture 20 times, social culture 3 times, Organization, customs, activities, procedures, concepts (OCAPC) 53 times, and Gesture and Habit 6 times. It because this movie was fantasy movie and the target audience were children. In the translation technique, from 18 techniques of Molina & Albir‟s theory, there were 12 techniques applied in this movie, and the most applied technique was established equivalent with the frequency of use 36 times, it was to adjust the audience to make an easier understanding. The techniques referred to the accuracy and acceptability was established equivalent techniques, while the less and not accurate techniques brought by Discursive creation, generalization, compensation and reduction techniques, and the less and not acceptable techniques showed by discursive creation, generalization, compensation and transposition technique. The translation quality result was mostly accurate with the total score 2,73 and accepted with the total score 2,86.
