A test is used to assess students' abilities. One of the media usually used is the student worksheet. To find out the quality of the questions tested, we need to analyze the level of difficulty and the level of discrimination of the test items. It is important to do because the quality of the test items may greatly influence the results of the test.The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of the test items in Rachma Gemilang students’ worksheet academic year 2018/2019. More specifically how difficult the test items are and how well they can discriminate between the high-ability learners and low-ability learners. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The respondents were selected through purposive selective sampling technique (having various levels of English ability). The result of the analysis are: (1) Based on the difficulty indices, there were 2 test items (7%) categorized as difficult, 5 test items (16%) categorized as medium, 6 test items (20%) categorized as easy, 2 test items (7%) categorized as very difficult and 15 test items (50%) categorized as very easy.In terms of the composition of the test, the test can be said as not ideal because the test items are ordered randomly. (2) Based on the discrimination indices, it can be concluded that the test is not able to differentiate between the students with high-level of ability and those with low-level of ability.
